Terms and conditions

The clinic and hospitals where I practice follow wave scheduling + walk-in type appointment system where patients with pre-paid appointments are seen and then walk-in patients are seen.

Order of priority

1. Patients with prepaid appointments.

2. Medical representatives with appointments.

3. Walk-in patients.

4. Walk-in medical representatives.

By scheduling the appointment, the patient agrees to pay a booking fee, a convenience fee & payment gateway charges. However, Medical representatives can schedule appointments free of cost.
Consultation fee and procedure charges after the consultation: if it exceeds the booking amount, the excess amount must be paid at the clinic counter.
For appointments taken on the website, Cancellation and re-scheduling can be initiated through the link in the email received after successful payment.
If an appointment is scheduled and the patient doesn't show up in the clinic, money will neither be refunded nor can be used for the rescheduled appointment.
If refunds are applicable, cancellations made within this closure of the cancellation window will be refunded in the original mode of payment within 5-7 bank working days. Cancellation cannot be made beyond this window, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
The booking confirmation received in your email must be shown at the clinic front desk for consulting the doctor.

Alternatively, you can make a prepaid appointment by buying a token at Meenal's skin care clinic.
First visit = ₹ 400
Review visit = ₹ 250
For appointments taken by buying tokens in the clinic, cancellation and re-scheduling can be made by surrendering the token before the scheduled appointment time. A full refund will be given for cancellations made before the appointment time. A new token for rescheduled time at no extra cost if rescheduling before the appointment time. Rescheduling or cancellation requests will only be entertained by surrendering the old token.
If an appointment is scheduled and the patient doesn't attend the clinic on that day, 80% of the money will be refunded if the token is surrendered. He or she cannot reschedule the appointment after missing the appointment.
Loss of token: You will be charged Rs. 100 extra + Consultation fees.
Token must be returned to the doctor after consultation at the clinic.
